The programme
Interns will be hired with a view to offering them a full-time, permanent role on completion. The six-month programme has rotational elements that aim to give a high-level holistic view of the company. Most importantly, it will equip them with the training/tools to effectively support their primary department from the outset.
The six-month placement will include
- Onboarding and orientation - meeting key members of the team and getting an induction into the key processes.
- Weekly mentoring and training - designed to establish basic skills necessary to confidently support the team E.g. email/comms; excel/powerpoint; questioning colleagues on a brief; asking for feedback, presentations etc.
- Career foundations - in addition to projects and work within your core department, regular shadowing and projects in key departments will deliver a broad understanding of the company (our core values, what we do, end-to-end processes etc.)
- Hands-on work - the placement will predominantly focus on meaningful tasks/project work within your core department.
This is a hybrid position starting ASAP which requires you to work in our London office a couple of days a week.
