    About the role

    The Event Operations Executive will support the wider event team to deliver our portfolio of in-person and digital events and provide technical audio / visual support where required.

    We are looking for three enthusiastic individuals with an interest in international events to join the team. The positions will be offered initially on 1 year fixed term basis.

    This role would suit someone who has recently completed a degree in Event Management / International Event Management.

    Key responsibilities

    • Assisting Event Managers with delivering world class events
    • Liaising with speakers and clients 
    • Setting up pre-event web pages and sponsor hubs 
    • Running digital roundtables and webinars for VIP clients
    • Ordering and producing branding materials
    • Assembling materials to be sent for an event
    • Managing guest databases
    • Providing video duties to assist in the recording and editing of digital / hybrid events.

    Candidate specification 

    • Confident and organised with excellent communication skills
    • A good eye for detail
    • Show initiative and be proactive to ensure quick and effective problem solving 
    • Proactive approach, willingness to show initiative and accept responsibility 
    • Confidence to present new ideas
    • Aptitude and flexibility to travel internationally as required.
