About the team
As a Graduate in Worldpay's Enterprise Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence for our largest customers. Working in a cross-functional team, with a broad range of stakeholders, there will be flexibility as the team works to enable Worldpay's Enterprise Operations teams to execute on strategic objectives and provide an exemplary customer experience through operational excellence.
What you will be doing

The role will be focused on supporting teams across Enterprise Operations, with flexibility based on team priorities. This presents an exciting opportunity to assist shaping the direction of Enterprise Operations and to provide across a range of teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities to resolve problems across Operations through collecting data, performing analysis, and shaping recommendations based on insights and trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.
- Collaborate with teams across Worldpay to identify areas for process improvement, assist in business process redesign to support broader operational change.
- Assist to deliver overall business improvement for the Enterprise Operations team, through effective system administration and enhancing business processes.
- Assist with preparation, review and presentation of communications.
- Collaborating with team members and across Operations execute projects and analysis.
- Support other related activities across Enterprise Operations by leveraging problem-solving and communication skills, as needed.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to shape analysis into clear requirements and recommendations
- Communication and presentation skills, with ability to deliver analysis and recommendations to various stakeholders in the organisation
- Attention to detail, thoroughness in data collection, analysis and presentation are critical to ensuring accuracy and reliability of outputs
- Teamwork and collaboration, have an ability to work in a range of environments, from team setting to independently in ambiguous situations
- Relevant bachelor’s degree is required, post-graduate or MBA would be beneficial, but not required

- Any experience with Financial Services or Payments
