    Overview

    Fiserv’s Corporate Graduate Programme is an early career development programme where candidates experience two one-year assignments in a core functional role within the firm.

Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year programme.

    Department Overview and Responsibilities

    The Quality Engineering & Assurance team is a part of the EMEA Technology Organization. We are responsible for providing quality assurance services to our Development, Business, and our clients.

    Our coverage includes functional, regression, automation and performance testing activities, as well as tool support and metrics generation. We leverage leading technologies and processes to achieve comprehensive test coverage and release level reporting.

    Our products range from internal to consumer facing to business-oriented applications. The team averages approximately 90 associates and are located in the UK, Slovakia and India.

    As a Quality Assurance Test Analyst you will start to learn the features and functionality of our Payment Processing platforms, from here, you will be able to design and execute test scenarios in order to prove the functionality works as per the requirement.

    You will work closely with clients, developers, and business analysts to ensure the end product meets the initial business goal. Responsibilities will also include:

    • Reviewing of client business requirements
    • Taking part in testing workshops
    • The creation of test scenarios, test cases/scripts
    • Taking part in business requirement review discussions
    • Reviewing design documents
    • Perform test execution and associated reporting
    • Raise bugs/defects for failed test cases

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Due to graduate in 2023 or a recent graduate in the last 3 years of an Honours or Bachelor Degree programme with a 2.1 equivalent or above. We are open to degree areas.

    • Self-starter capable of working autonomously
    • Attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Collaborative and able to work effectively as a team member
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
    • Must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
    • Project management skills and experience a plus
    • Must possess unrestricted work authorisation and pass background checks
