Reporting directly to the Senior Studio Designer or Senior Studio Manager, the Associate Creative Artworker will have a variety of departmental essential responsibilities. You will work closely with the Creative Studio team to provide support on a variety of artwork, launch collateral across print and digital design platforms. The candidate will be design savvy, must have knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, PowerPoint, and common design practices.
Every bit as important will be the personal qualities this candidate bring to the role; confidence, motivation, credibility, communication, creativity and being able to be super proactive and adapt to change quickly. In this position, you will be required to have a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to multi-task.

What you’ll do
- Assist in type corrections and file preparation daily
- Check artwork and layout for completeness and adherence to agency standards
- Keep supervisor advised of status and changes to projects
- Build print-ready final mechanical files for a wide variety of tactics
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet several deadlines at the same time
- Assist in creating graphs and charts from data
- Execute and refines consistent, visually appealing artwork and layouts for range of media
- Revises pre-existing materials in layout for consistency and clarity
- Proofs own work before coordination with QC team and delivery to account or brand team
- Works with supervision of senior Creative Studio team members, with attention to detail and a calm demeanour, to deliver all collateral on brand, on time and on budget
- Proactively provides input to team members to enhance project outcomes
- Reliable and dependable contributor to the team’s goals; actively collaborates with the team
- Stay hyper focused and organized in a fast paced, high-traffic, creative working surrounding
- Demonstrate positive problem-solving skills

About you
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite products
- Understanding of traditional graphic design
- Demonstrated skill in typography
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A creative eye and the ability to create artwork following existing branding or supplied design concepts
- Excels at multi-tasking, effective time management skills + ability to manage / prioritise workload
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines
- An exceptional eye for detail and be passionate about producing high quality work
- Ability to work within a team and provide support where required
- Work on both Mac and PC
