    The opportunity

    Working as part of a busy team, you will be involved in all aspects of the commercial sector services delivery. You will be acting both for landlords and tenants across a range of property types and services, including strategic portfolio advice, lease consultancy, valuation, agency, property management, investment, business rates and dispute resolution.

    The successful candidate will ...

    • Any degree – a property related degree is nice to have but not essential. We will provide sponsorship support for conversion masters
    • Have a genuine interest in commercial property, ideally with previous internship experience#
    • Be committed to continue your studies to become chartered with RICS
    • By the time you start work, have access to own transport as you will often be required to travel to client sites
    • Be able to work on own initiative with a can-do attitude
    • Be a confident communicator
    • Have good task and time management skills
