As an Institutional Content Associate, you'll help grow our global sales and service efforts by preparing all marketing materials produced by the Institutional Group. The materials can range from a finals presentation highlighting our investment process, strategies and market outlook to a portfolio review for an existing client. Reporting to your Team Leader, you will have to opportunity to get involved with creative development and hands-on tasks which further our efforts around the globe and accommodate regional/cultural differences of global clientele. This requires updating our materials and developing new ideas to improve the efficacy and scalability of the Institutional group's marketing deliverables.
The Day-to-Day
- Manage the complexities of servicing a global clientele that includes multiple subsidiaries, currencies and strategies
- Maintain current marketing materials, including product performance and characteristics across numerous Institutional strategies
- Design new material that helps our Relationship Managers in communicating the value of FI, a particular strategy or our current market outlook
- Improve the quality and timeliness of deliverables by refining existing processes or developing new ones
- Ensure deliverables are produced at a high standard
- Work directly with Sales and Service Relationship Managers, Research, Investment Policy Committee members and executive management to develop specific prospect, consultant, client and internal presentations
- Being an expert at what material is available and suggesting content that may strengthen the story the Relationship Managers are hoping to tell
Your Qualifications
- Excel in a detail oriented, high impact environment
- Explore and appreciate the growing complexities in servicing global clientele and their needs
- Is motivated by natural curiosity about the global markets and our strategies
- Manage time and enjoy the challenge of dynamic priorities
- Build and utilise knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint and Adobe
- Communicate well with internal customers both verbally and in writing
