Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of programs run for our Professional Qualification (PQ) clients and their employees through the CISI, CFAI and CFAUK certifications.
The primary responsibility is to guide candidates and clients during their learning journey through the delivery of graduate programmes as well also supporting the operational aspects involved in delivery of our public training and exam bookings.
The role is also focused on understanding your customer base and solving their long-term needs. Working with them to ensure they’re receiving the support they need to achieve their goals.
The position is based in London, England. The working practice is hybrid with 2 days in our London office.
Role Responsibilities
You will be assigned a portfolio of clients for whom you’ll manage the professional qualification learning journey including supporting BAU daily registrations and inhouse cohorts. Your duties will include:
- Building a long-term relationship and being the point of escalation both internally and externally for your client portfolio
- Programme manage client specific early career programmes with a focus on quality delivery and retention of business
- Creating post programme review documents with a focus on continual improvement
- Supporting the Customer Success Coordinator team in ensuring client SLAs are met
- Ensuring client account information is up to date in all internal systems
- Answering invoicing queries both internal and external
- Liaising with faculty on in house programme, ensuring transfer of information
- Liaising with examining bodies to secure bulk seats and requesting reasonable adjustments
- Running quarterly review sessions with clients
- Cross-selling / Upselling Fitch’s suite of products and services to your existing client portfolio
- Attending in-house programme debriefs, feeding back on successes and recommendations for future programmes
Role Requirements
- Proactive and effective communication skills
- Experience working in a similar high-volume role with stringent SLA’s
- Comfortable with data handling and reporting
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office, Zoom, Salesforce and SAP
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Diligent and attention to detail
- Must be hands-on, proactive in approach and calm under pressure
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Confident in managing multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Confident with cross-selling / upselling to existing client base
