    CreditSights is currently seeking a Marketing Associate based out of our London Office.

    CreditSights, the credit research arm of Fitch Solutions, empowers financial professionals worldwide with market insights, in-depth company research, and risk management tools to make well-informed credit decisions.

    The Marketing Associate will partner with sales, product, and research stakeholders to support lead generation, product marketing, and content-driven campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing copy for emails, digital ads, newsletters, the website, creating and updating collateral, posting on social media, and managing event logistics. This is an entry level position for an ambitious candidate wishing to develop a marketing career in the financial services industry.

    We’ll count on you to

    • Be proactive in anticipating and adapting to rapid market developments and changing client needs
    • Be willing to take on new projects and multi-task
    • Collateral – Assist in developing materials for the sales team including brochures and pitch decks
    • Social Media – Post regularly on our social platforms and create landing pages
    • Event support – Assist in the execution of webinars and in-person events, including pre-event communication, digital event set up using ON24, attendee check-ins, logistics, and travel
    • Marketing Communications – Help with email creation, e.g., newsletters, nurture campaigns, low hit emails
    • Website – Create and update various landing pages to showcase products and content
    • Advertising – Assist with setting up paid advertising campaigns (Google ads, LinkedIn, Demandbase)
    • Podcasts – Help edit, publish, and market the CreditSights podcast

    What you need to have

    • Have an interest in financial services and working with/marketing to investment professionals
    • Strong and effective verbal/written communication skills. Must be able to speak credibly and confidently in various groups settings
    • Demonstrated commitment to putting customers first
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Ability to manage competing priorities
    • Extremely well organized with exceptional time management skills

    What would make you stand out

    • Graduate, level candidate with relevant degree and relevant experience
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Automation platforms (i.e., HubSpot) and website CMS (Wordpress) are all valuable skills
