We have an exciting opportunity to support our Creative Team and offer the chance to learn in the dynamic and creative environment of our in-house photography studio and creative department. You’ll gain invaluable exposure to FitFlop social creative and be part of a busy, dynamic and passionate team.

This is a great opportunity to learn about our global business and build fantastic insight and experience to develop your career across social content generation. You’ll be a budding a highly organised junior creative looking to work in a creative studio environment, and we’ll need you to bring great organisational skills along with bundles of energy and enthusiasm!

The responsibilities

  • Translating BAU briefs to make sure they are social-first wherever possible and creative ideation of originally shot content for these briefs
  • Assist in the planning, concepting, creation, and implementation of content across various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all other departments and work with different stakeholders across the business to deliver on business requests
  • Be able to work quickly to reactive briefs and to proactively generate content ideas
  • Identifying opportunities to be reactive to online culture, particularly on TikTok
  • Understanding the creative vision of the brand as directed by Creative Leads / Head of Creative Production
  • Being a source of inspiration by bringing new ideas and concepts to work
  • Use initiative and creativity to bring new ideas to the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to ongoing improvements
  • Strong time management skills and proactive approach to generating a structured content calendar working closely with the Junior Producer and Photography Coordinators
  • Assist in collating & building creative decks that are presentation worthy
  • Understand successes of previous campaigns to influence future projects
  • Recognise the wider business vision and objectives, and champion our brand values alongside other design teams and stakeholders
  • Creating shoot schedules, product lists, call sheets and shot lists
  • Book crew, models, studios, couriers and raise PO’s and log costs accordingly
  • Uploading social images, videos and collateral to shared drives week
  • Assisting in content creation by editing short form videos and designing digital assets for social channels (i.e. TikTok & IG)

The person

  • You’ll have previous experience working as a creative assistant within social media or as Junior Producer
  • Fantastic attention to detail with a keen interest in social and fashion
  • Keen follower of social trends/ influencers with a strong understanding of TikTok.
  • SUPER organised and loves a to-do list!
  • Good knowledge of Google Docs, PowerPoint & MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confidence in editing in app
  • Confident and calm with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work independently and part of a team
  • Energetic, organised, resourceful and unflappable
  • Excellent communication skills
