FleishmanHillard is a leading global and UK communications and public affairs consultancy. The ideal place to kick-start your career in public affairs or politics with a varied and rewarding workload that will prepare you for any future role.
We have an excellent track record of advising blue chip clients as they navigate regulatory, political and policy issues of substantial commercial and societal significance. We are proud of our “communications approach”, built on smart political insight, a creative mindset, and an integrated approach to delivery, which increasingly draws on digital advocacy and media, alongside traditional public affairs.

This 6-month paid internship [temporary contract] will offer you a rounded experience of public affairs consulting at a leading global and UK agency as well as an opportunity to advance your skills within an upwardly mobile team. We will invest in your development by providing training, challenge and career advice.
As a graduate intern, you will assist in the implementation of public affairs programmes across our accounts; supporting our team in their ambition to deliver top quality work, based on a strong understanding of our clients’ priorities and the political landscape that will impact them.
Your work will be varied day-to-day but will include monitoring relevant information sources and reporting on key developments, as well as helping to research and prepare draft reports, presentations, and issue analysis relevant to our clients.
