    Requirements

    To meet our growing, transformational business needs we are recruiting for our 2024 Graduate program intake. We’re hiring Construction graduates who will successfully achieve a Bachelors or Masters degree in one of the subjects listed below.

    • Construction Management
    • Project Management for Construction
    • Engineering Degrees with desire to pursue a career in Site or Construction Management

    We’re looking for new talent to help us design and build new facilities. You will given support to develop and harness skills, including potential opportunities to be assigned onto global project sites in remote locations.

    As a graduate you’ll be required to complete a discipline specific graduate development programme which is designed to meet the requirements of Fluor and supporting graduates to reach if desired, Chartered status once the necessary competences are achieved. Your development will be a combination of on-the-job execution and technical project experience and learning supported by off project structured learning.

    Required qualifications

    BSc / BEng / MSc / MEng degree or equivalent
