    We are recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Analyst to sit within our Gaming Tribe. As BI Analyst, you will work alongside our Gaming Operations, Performance and BI teams within Gaming, focusing on analysing unusual game play activity and games performance monitoring.

    The ideal candidate will have a genuine curiosity to understand customer’s gaming behaviors, a keen eye for detail and have the technical and logical skills to derive actionable insight from large datasets.

    Youre Role in Better

    • Working in a fast paced and ever changing environment, you will draw on your highly numerate background and analytical experience to provide in-depth analysis using SQL, Excel and Data Visualisation tools.
    • Identifying and monitoring unusual play/activity across Content and Promotions using large datasets containing a wide range of commercial and customer level data.
    • Game Performance monitoring to ensure our games play at the advertised RTP levels and pay out customers correctly.
    • Implementing processes aimed to reduced and mitigate risks and exposure.

    How You’ll Create 'Better'

    • Key skills: SQL, Excel, Data Analysis and Presentation
    • Desirable skills: Power BI, Tableau, R, statistical modelling
    • Working with stakeholders across the business to help identify and explain key performance trends through data analysis.
    • Develop an understanding of our reporting suite, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and remove gaps in our understanding through changes/additions to our reporting.
    • Build strong peer to peer relationships with key stakeholders in the areas that you are working on.
    • Be able to prioritise and adapt to a fast-paced working environment, identifying the key information required in order to aid business decision making.
    • Present findings to stakeholders with the appropriate level of detail, using effective communication to inform and influence decisions.
