    The Paddy Power Sports Team is responsible for the overall revenue for the online Paddy Power Sports business. We are tasked with defining and ensuring consistent delivery of a customer led proposition to grow our share in the UK and Irish market.

    This role will report to the Senior Performance & Analytics Manager, Paddy Power Sports. The overall purpose of the role is to provide insights to help grow the customer base of the Paddy Power online business via acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will be measured on the performance of the following metrics:

    • Daily Active Users
    • New customer actives and revenue
    • Retention Rates

    What You’ll Do

    • Investigate, analyse and provide recommendations on key areas of customer lifecycle
    • Lead customer growth performance to understand growth drivers, trends and customer behaviours. Ensuring that the customer is central to our decision-making process.
    • Supporting strategic, deep dive analysis to drive recommendations on how we can better deliver against the PP customer growth strategy
    • Working with the Digital Acquisition team to manage and optimise digital media spend and updating stakeholders on the performance of PP overall marketing spend
    • Evaluate and understand the drivers of all Sports revenue streams.
    • Show how customer experience and interactions impact performance.
    • Encourage a data led approach to the decision-making process across commercial team.

    How You’ll Do It

    • Skilled at assimilating numerous sources of information to make or change decisions
    • Ability to prioritise and focus on what really matters and to communicate these decisions in a timely manner
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
    • Strong personal presence and presentation; ability to feel comfortable when surrounded by senior stakeholders and speak with confidence
    • Ability to build successful relationships and positively influence people
    • Team player with personal characteristics that engender trust and confidence

    Education, Qualifications & Experience

    • Expertise with R and SQL programming languages
    • Excellent communication skills. A track record of producing / interpreting insights that influence senior decision makers and other stakeholders.
    • Strong numerical and data abilities
