    Graduate Scheme Pathways

    Through the Ford Business/Finance graduate scheme, you get to work on meaningful projects from day one. During the 2-year programme, you could be working in the following areas:

    Ford Credit - Business / Finance

    Location: Manchester, Dunton (this pathway will start with a 6 month foundation placement based in Manchester, after which you will transfer into a permanent position)

    • FCE Bank plc (FCE) is a licensed bank and wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company (FMC). Operating in 11 European countries through a branch and subsidiary network, FCE provides a variety of branded automotive financial products and services to Ford dealers and customers. These products and services play an important role in supporting sales of Ford vehicles. As Ford Money, FCE also offers savings products to retail customers in the UK and Germany.

    Marketing Sales and Services

    Location: Dunton

    • Ford Marketing, Sales and Service (MS&S) helps Ford deliver a trusted customer experience. With an audience-first mindset, MS&S improves customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase and brings more sales of cars, parts, accessories and services. Come to MS&S if you have a passion for what makes people tick.

    Communications and Public Affairs

    Location: Dunton

    • At Ford Communications, we build and safeguard the Company’s global reputation and perpetrate its aspiration to become the world’s most trusted mobility company. Join our global team and help us roll out high-impact communication programs to support Ford’s innovations, industry leadership and Better World social responsibility programs.

    Purchasing

    Location: Dunton

    • Ford’s Purchasing ensures that parts and services sourced from around the globe are of the highest quality, at optimal cost, and delivered on time. We aim to build strong relationships with suppliers so Ford can produce the vehicles our customers desire and value. The key to our success is the diversification of the supply base. If you join us, you will help foster productive relationships with entrepreneurs from various backgrounds to meet our customers’ needs and expectations.

    Finance (Ford Motor Company)

    Location: Dunton

    • We strategically partner with Operations to drive exceptional results and cement Ford’s leading position in the automotive industry. We contribute financial expertise to all areas of the company, including the planning, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of Ford products worldwide.

    If you have a particular preference for a pathway you will be able to put this in your application submission. For successful candidates, preferences will then be taken into account, along with the Ford team recommending the best fit role/pathway for based on what they have learnt about you through the process.

    Where will you be working from

    Depending on which area of the business you are placed you could be based at our Dunton campus in Essex, Here East (Stratford) or Manchester Business Centre with the opportunity for hybrid working.
