    The Lettings Governance and Administration team form a critical part of our Property Management department by providing assistance to thousands of Foxtons' landlords to ensure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish and that all specific lettings compliance procedures are followed correctly.

    The role

    As a Lettings Governance and Administration Co-ordinator you will be responsible for making sure that all the necessary paperwork is in place for each of our tenancies and that this is uploaded and maintained via our customer relationship management system. You will also answer questions concerning technical compliance issues and offer guidance wherever possible to help our landlords effectively manage their property.

    About you

    Our Property Management and Accounts department manages circa 22,000 tenancies so you must enjoy working in a lively and fast-paced environment in a highly service-driven industry. Because our Lettings and Administration Co-ordinators regularly speak to our landlords we require you to enjoy communicating with a wide range of people, have an excellent telephone manner, and have a professional approach to customer services. You will also have excellent organisational skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to problem solve.
