    The Frasers Group Elevation Programme is a Commercial Management scheme that will fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance within two years. We’ll give participants the tools needed to thrive in commercial management — with no prior experience (or degree) required.

    The Details

    We’ve made the move to our Shirebrook HQ as stress-free as possible for anyone on the programme. For your first 12 months in the business, we’ll provide free accommodation with an easy commute — everything you’ll need to reach peak performance, and leave hassle at the door.

    The Opportunity

    This two–year, rotational, Commercial Management programme is full of possibilities. You’ll have the opportunity to explore key departments within our commercial function, ensuring we buy and sell the right stock at the right time while monitoring the performance of different products. You’ll learn from senior leadership, grow your skills, have the freedom you need to push your boundaries — and own it.

    Commercial Management

    This is where you’ll spend most of your time on the Elevation Programme. You’ll work with brands like Adidas, Under Armour and Karrimor, to make sure we have the products we need to meet in-store demand, while maintaining great relationships with our suppliers. Day-to-day your tasks will vary, so if you don’t like sitting still, this rotation is for you.

    Commercial Planning & Pricing

    This rotation is the final stage of our buying process. Planning is all about getting the right products, in the right place, at the right time — maximising our sales. This is internal-facing, so you’ll be working alongside the best in the business. They can teach you a lot, if you’re willing to learn

    Commercial Operations

    The driving force behind Frasers Group, making sure the right stock is at the right warehouse. You’ll work with brands from Nike to Gucci on a daily basis, correctly analysing the sales data to elevate the speed at which we can bring a product to market.

    Analytics

    From sourcing a product to evaluating its performance, you’ll provide support, insight and recommendations across all levels of the business. You’ll also assist development of our automated ordering system, which is responsible for over £1bn of sales. This isn’t for the faint of heart; but it could be you — if you’re willing to own it.

    Group Brands

    In this rotation, change is the only constant. You’ll learn that to succeed you need to fail fast — and you will fail… But that’s OK. You’ll be growing our brand and spotting opportunities for new products in the market. This is how we rethink retail and reach our potential.

    • Either a degree or a year's experience in any industry
    • Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE English and Maths

    The Timeline

    Stage One - Apply Now

    You’ll need to walk us through your education background, degree level and eligibility in a short application form. You’ll also need to attach your CV and covering letter — very helpful for learning more about you. We’ll then review it and be in touch ASAP to let you know if you have been selected for the next stage.

    Stage Two - Online Testing

    You’ll be asked to complete an online test designed to measure some key skills and attributes you’ll need to succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to expect and how best to prepare for this.

    Stage Three - Video Screening

    This is your chance to show us who you are and let us know what separates you from the pack. Our team will be in touch to arrange this live video interview with you to discuss your skills, experience and how our values resonate with you. It’s also good to come with questions for us.

    Stage Four - Assessment Centre March 2023

    If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day in March. We’ll provide more detail on what to expect and the precise date we have made available. Bring your authentic self and show us the skills that make you unmissable.

    Stage Five - Offer/Final Stage Feedback

    After the assessment centre, we’ll let you know ASAP if we want you on our team. No matter the outcome, we’ll give you detailed feedback to let you know how you have performed.
