You’ll directly influence our digital performance, support key decisions and take key roles to maximise the impact of our websites and products from your base at our Academy House site, in the heart of London.

The Opportunity
This two–year Digital Marketing programme will fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance. You’ll work alongside industry experts to elevate some of retail’s most successful digital spaces and get experience across three of our major business areas:
- Performance Marketing
- SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- CRM (Content Relationship Management)
Who Are You?

- GCSEs in both English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above
- The legal right to work in the UK
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Data Science/Statistics/Maths
The Timeline
Stage One - Apply Now
You’ll need to walk us through your education background, degree level and eligibility in a short application form. You’ll also need to attach your CV and covering letter — very helpful for learning more about you. We’ll then review it and be in touch ASAP to let you know if you have been selected for the next stage.
Stage Two - Online Testing
You’ll be asked to complete an online test designed to measure some key skills and attributes you’ll need to succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to expect and how best to prepare for this.
Stage Three - Video Screening
This is your chance to show us who you are and let us know what separates you from the pack. Our team will be in touch to arrange this live video interview with you to discuss your skills, experience and how our values resonate with you. It’s also good to come with questions for us.
Stage Four - Assessment Centre March 2023
If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day in March. We’ll provide more detail on what to expect and the precise date we have made available. Bring your authentic self and show us the skills that make you unmissable.
Stage Five - Offer/Final Stage Feedback
After the assessment centre, we’ll let you know ASAP if we want you on our team. No matter the outcome, we’ll give you detailed feedback to let you know how you have performed.
