You will join us with an excellent academic record. However, this is just the first step, we want to support your career development so that you achieve relevant professional qualifications including Chartership; All our graduates join our Professional Development Scheme, which is accredited by five professional institutions (IMechE, RAeS, IET, RINA & IoP). You will be assigned a mentor who will work with you to develop your own individual development plan so that you can gain the necessary skills and experience to become Chartered. To enable you to achieve your full potential we will give you the opportunity to spend extended periods of time working across the disciplines within our technical groups as well as spending time on our clients’ sites, which is so important for becoming the great consultant that you could be.

Requirements

We are interested in hearing from excellent candidates who want to work in Materials Engineering and Materials Science and have a degree in one of these subjects. We will also be interested to hear from candidates with related degrees such as Mechanical, Nuclear and Chemical Engineering, and Physics where a specialism on materials was made.
