The role
This is a Graduate Sustainability Engineer role within our Environment and Sustainability Assurance Group.
As a member of the business Environmental & Sustainability Assurance Group you will work on a variety of projects. These will range from the implementation of environmental management systems for £Multi-Billion acquisition projects through to helping clients to develop decarbonisation strategies and roadmaps and understanding risks posed not only by climate change but also the transition to Net Zero.
You will get the opportunity to work on projects across the Defence, Transport and Energy sectors. As your experience grows, we will trust in your capability and provide opportunities to take a lead on the technical and commercial aspects of projects. We will also provide opportunities for you to work in embedded roles on nationally significant projects to help you gain hands-on experience of how these projects operate and progress.
The successful individuals will receive training, mentoring and coaching to support their development into becoming well-rounded consultants and will be supported to achieve professional accreditations with organisations such as IEMA.

We will also require you to have obtained a 2:1 Degree or Higher with a related engineering, environmental science or sustainability focussed degree.
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.

- Step 3: Video Interview - Situation based & technical questions that are related to the important criteria needed to be successful on the role.
- Step 4: Explore day - This includes the opportunity to learn about what we do, network with current Graduates and find out about what a career at Frazer-Nash has to offer. You will be asked to complete an interview and presentation/task as part of the day.
- Step 5: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
