Key responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile Stock: Regularly reconcile inventory records with physical stock, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Administration: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Reporting: Prepare and generate financial reports, sales reports, and other data-driven insights to aid decision-making.
- Data Entry: Enter and update financial and operational data into our systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Analyze operational challenges, identify solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Trustworthiness: Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and operations support.
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail (qualifications desired).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with an inventory management system (desired).
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
