Frenkel Topping Group is seeking a motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic and experienced People & Culture Executive to join our dynamic People & Culture team. You'll have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, support core HR operations, and grow your skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.​

    This is a maternity cover temporary role for 12 months.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Assist the People & Culture team with day-to-day administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases and filing documents.
    • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates through various channels.
    • Build candidate pools for hiring managers and assist with candidate sourcing across online channels.
    • Draft and send offer documentation, contracts of employment, reference requests, new starter documents to successful candidates, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Administration related to changes in terms and conditions, flexible working arrangements etc. to letters.
    • Help organise employee engagement activities and events, promoting a positive workplace culture.
    • Supporting the organisation of delivering training sessions and developmental programs, including tracking attendance and collecting feedback.
    • Support the People & Culture team with ad-hoc priorities.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
    • Ensure the recruitment inbox is maintained and responded to within SLA requirements.
    • Assist in various People & Culture projects including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee feedback surveys, and performance management processes, health and safety, build and testing of system upgrades​

    Person specification

    • Previous experience in HR field.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • High level of organisational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) preferred.
    • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.

    General responsibilities
