    Responsibilities

    • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion
    • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management
    • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
    • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
    • Responsibilities are within the Project/Program Management Function as a specialist

    Qualifications

    • Minimum HNC/HND Level, technical apprenticeship or suitable referenced experience in an engineering discipline. E.g., Mechanical Engineering
    • Good communication skills
    • Good inspection skills
    • Familiarity with FOGT Connector Product lines or similar technology
    • Competent user of Microsoft Office software packages
    • Ability to make good decisions from remote locations
    • Good Project Management/organisation skills
    • Ability to work to deadlines in high pressure environment
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work well as team
