    Frontier is the UK's leading crop inputs and grain marketing business, recognised for its close customer relationships with farmers and grain consumers and its successful management of the whole arable supply chain. IntraCrop is the speciality product division of Frontier, we research, develop and market a range of plant biostimulants and adjuvants to improve crop yield and quality. Our products are used throughout Europe via our distribution partners, and we have an exciting pipeline ready for launch over the next few years.

    IntraCrop is pleased to confirm that we will be offering a placement for 2023 – 2024. The placement will commence in July 2023 for a period of 12 months. The successful student will have the unique opportunity to work as a part of a small team and make a real contribution to our commercial, technical and marketing functions.

    The assessment centre for this placement opportunity will be Tuesday 13 th December 2022, will be at our Witham St Hughs site, Lincolnshire.

    Placement details

    Role: Home based. Intracrop manufacture a range of speciality inputs including plant biostimulants, adjuvants and seed treatments and is a virtual business, connecting together via a number of online platforms. You will be fully supported; Intracrop offer full ‘work based’ training virtually and mentoring support throughout the year from a member of the HR team.

    • Experience the IntraCrop business within commercial, marketing, and administrative functions
    • There is the potential for an overseas visit whilst working with IntraCrop, therefore you must hold a valid and current passport
    • Assist in our commercial colleagues working in the UK, Europe, north America and Africa.
    • Analyse and interpret data to prepare technical content for use on website, social media, leaflets, product guides and presentations.
    • Conduct sales analysis & market research to gain insight to product performance and new opportunities
    • Work internally and externally, collaborating with a range of partner organisations in UK and Europe.
