    We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team at Fruehauf. The successful candidate will support the purchasing department by handling administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

    Key responsibilities

    • Processing of purchase orders
    • Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and identify any potential
    • Maintaining updated pricing and supplier records
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is always available when required

    Key skills

    • Proactive and well organised
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good problem solving Skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic IT skills including Excel
    • No prior experience in purchasing required as full training required will be provided.
