    As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Junior Talent Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.

    To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a 24 month modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Junior Talent cohort across Europe.

    What you'll do

    You will be aligned to Marketing which will enable you to develop your skills across the full Business-to-Business (B2B) IT Services Marketing Mix.  As a Graduate Marketer at Fujitsu you will be responsible for:

    • helping deliver the UK Marketing strategy and plans across our public and private sectors to build Fujitsu’s reputation, customer relationships, and create awareness and bring our capabilities and services to life.  
    • analysing the market to understand our customers’ challenges and to develop and share intelligence, insight and trends, while building your own expertise, skills and knowledge and to apply that to relevant plans and solutions.
    • supporting campaigns and managing a range of marketing deliverables within guidelines, procedures and budgets to position Fujitsu as a sustainable digital transformation (DX) provider of choice.
    • growing Fujitsu services across a diverse set of technologies including Application Services, Cloud and Hybrid IT, Cyber Security as well as Cognitive and Advanced Technologies such as Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence and more!

    Fujitsu has Marketing across a variety of business areas, if successful you would be selected to working in any of the following areas:

    Marketing

    • Work with our in-house as well as external creative Marketing agencies to bring to life campaigns using the best of your creative abilities across an “always-on” digital marketing activities and deliverables including online content, social media, animations and videos, email marketing, blogs and PR, case studies and collateral as well as events – both in-house as well as 3 party industry events and Party Conferences when applicable.
    • help position Fujitsu’s products and services tailor our Marketing messages and deliverables as well as targeting specific customers and stakeholders and make an important contribution to help grow and win new business for Sales through Account and Deal Based Marketing (ABM/DBM).
    • Be a valued part of the UK Services Marketing team and learn “on-the-job” from experienced Marketers and work towards further accredited Marketing Qualifications (e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing Postgraduate Diploma) to enhance your long term career possibilities.

    Alliances

    • Work with the Key Alliance Managers to execute on their joint partner business plans across UK and Europe to grow the joint business for Fujitsu and the Partner
    • Work closely on the joint Fujitsu and Partner Marketing events (trade shows, exhibitions, industry events). This includes budgeting, event logistics, marketing and leads management
    • Maximise PR opportunities both internally and externally
    • Manage internal Alliance team communications and key initiative project plans
    • Visit partners and take part in joint business reviews to learn first-hand how the business works. Own agree follow up actions
    • Support the Alliance team in the implementation of Vendor Partner Programs
    • Own specific projects as required

    Entry requirements

    • For any IT and Technology positions, we require you to have completed or be studying a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) subject, or have relevant technical experience
    • Some applicants may not have traditional qualifications as listed above, and have prior learning and skills developed from the workplace, these will be considered on a case by case basis
