    The role

    As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Early Careers Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.

    To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Early Careers cohort across Europe.

    You will be aligned to Project Management which will enable you to develop your skills in project management. As a Project Manager at Fujitsu, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer facing projects across a variety of industries and sectors. You will have opportunities to support and work alongside experienced Project Managers as well as taking on your own projects and driving them to completion using our Project Management methodologies.

    Working alongside experienced Project Managers, technical resources and our customer account management teams you will:

    Entry Requirements

    • Please note you will need to have obtained or hold a degree at the time of the start date for the role.
    • An interest in Project Management is desirable.
    • Some applicants may not have traditional qualifications as listed above, and have prior learning and skills developed from the workplace, these will be considered on a case by case basis

    Recruitment process
