About the role
As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Junior Talent Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.
To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a 24 month modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Junior Talent cohort across Europe.
You will be aligned to Project Management which will enable you to develop your skills in project management. As a Project Manager at Fujitsu, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer facing projects across a variety of industries and sectors. You will have opportunities to support and work alongside experienced Project Managers as well as taking on your own projects and driving them to completion using our Project Management methodologies.

Fujitsu has Project Managers across a variety of business areas, if successful you would be selected to working in our Program and Project Services area. Throughout the programme you will:
- Collaborate with our customers, both internal and external, a Project Manager will start off by supporting Senior Project Management professionals to ensure quality planning, control, and assurance practices on all aspects of project definition and delivery. Within a relatively short period of time, you will be trusted to pick up work packages, and deliver these within a project or programme environment to our customers.
- You will gain a basic understanding of Project Management disciplines e.g. Risk and Issue Management, Change Management, Project Planning etc., good organisational skills, an analytical mind, or experience in MS Office/Project would be an advantage but not essential as training would be provided.
