As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Junior Talent Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.
To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a 24 month modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Junior Talent cohort across Europe.
What you'll do
You will be aligned to Sales which will enable you to develop your skills in Sales and Business Development. As a Sales Lead at Fujitsu, you will be responsible for:
- Completing the required Sales training
- Completing the training related to your area of specialism
- Assist members of the Sale Team on deals
- Develop into a Sales Leader responsible for deals and achieving Revenue and Profit Targets
- Become Buddy / Mentor for future Graduates as your career develops
Working alongside Sales Leaders, Bid Managers, Account Managers, Pre-Sales, CTO’s and Sector Leaders you will:
- Be trained in Sales methodology and in your area of expertise
- Work with experienced sales leaders to further education and development
- Understand the Sectors Fujitsu sell in to and assist the business/regulatory requirements of those accounts
- Learn the Fujitsu Sales Process including Legal & Commercial, Business case creation etc.
- Develop marketing and business development campaigns to create a pipeline of opportunities in both new name and existing accounts
Fujitsu has Sales Leads across a variety of business areas, if successful you would be selected to working in any of the following areas:
- If selected to work in our Product Business, you will be required to work across several accounts covering a mixture of our Public and Private customers. You will gain knowledge and experience from our small but highly skilled team and after around 6 months will receive a small KPI target and have the chance to showcase your skills.
- If selected to work in Private Sector, you will experience a Sales 101 introduction during your first 6 months, followed by specific training to help you understand Fujitsu and its sales cycle. Alongside this, you will be working hands on in your business unit with early access to customers to truly develop your skills and experience from the outset. Throughout this time, you will be supported by a dedicated manager, a buddy who was experience of the scheme themselves, as well as Fujitsu’s Sales Accelerator Community, a team built to support your growth and development.
