As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Junior Talent Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.
To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a 24 month modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Junior Talent cohort across Europe.
What you'll do
You will be aligned to Business Consulting Graduate Career Pathway which will enable you to develop your skills in Business & Technology Consulting within our Digital Transformation (DX) Business as well as gaining relevant industry-standard foundation certifications. As a Business Consultant at Fujitsu, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and researching information relevant to the Customers Business Problems and Project needs and prepare this for sharing with Team / Project / Customer
- Demonstrating understanding of basic business and technology issues
- Maintaining relationships both internally and externally with peers and colleagues
- Assisting in the execution of several small to medium-sized assignments of low to moderate complexity or on one large and/or complex assignment
- Gaining familiarity with the relevant methodologies and techniques within Fujitsu.
Working alongside Business Consultants / Technologists & Project Teams you will:
- Help solve Business problems
- Support the implementation of Business solutions through Business Change activities
- Deliver exciting customer projects that have relevant business challenges within different industry and government sectors
- Build stakeholder relationships
The Sustainability Management Practice is made up of a group of Sustainability and Social Value subject matter experts.
At high level, the role of the team is to:
- Develop Sustainability Practices and Procedures through consulting, supporting, communicating, and innovating using Fujitsu’s products and services.
- Engaging and supporting internal stakeholders
- Develop relationships with external partners and customers
