What we are looking for
The Ad Operations team serves as a liaison between sales, project management, and the design teams to ensure campaign fulfillment and client satisfaction. Ad Ops is responsible for supporting the sales team from pre- to post-sales cycle for an assigned list of digital campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a proactive, highly motivated, can-do attitude, and be a real go-getter. You will want a fast-track career and are prepared to go the extra mile in order to grow your career. We need you to have a strong attention to detail. You will need to be able to take instruction for a task and deliver it on time. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, think creatively to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced media environment.
A typical day-to-day
- Supporting the response to client briefs
- Activating digital advertising campaigns
- Monitoring delivery
- Optimising to ensure the best performance
- Liaising with clients/sales to update on progress
- Provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future campaigns
- Working with sales and marketing to refine the product offering
