As the Junior Shopping Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging, shoppable content and supporting the growth of Marie Claire UK. You will help to create data-led stories on the latest fashion, beauty, health and lifestyle products, launches and deals, distributing on the websites as well as our social channels.
You will work closely with channel editors, planning ahead and efficiently delivering expert buying advice during peak sales periods, such as Black Friday and Amazon Prime Day. You will also work closely with E-commerce and Affiliate teams to analyse article performance, to what worked well and what we can do better.
About you
- Experience working in e-commerce and SEO
- An interest in fashion, beauty, health and lifestyle.
- Knowledge of content marketing/affiliate publishing
- Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to quickly learn
- Good research, analytical and comparison skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Superb organisation and prioritisation skills, and the capacity to work on multiple projects at once
- Poised under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
