    Role purpose

    Playing an integral role in providing support to the Client Services team (c.10 team members) across a wide range of clients and projects.

    You will support the relevant team member with the day-to-day detail on your projects. You will need to keep the wheels moving forward, with a can-do attitude where no problem is too big or small. You will support the internal teams in delivering brilliant work and will need to demonstrate an insatiable appetite to get involved, learn and support.

    This is an opportunity to learn more about the role of Client services and work as part of a wider team made up of strategy, design and production colleagues. Gaining excellent on the ground experience in brand agency life.

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting on the day-to-day detail of the projects
    • Support the team with preparing thoroughly before any brief or client meeting
    • Support with putting together status reports, fact-checking along the way
    • Working with the team to ensure resourcing up to date
    • Creation of POs
    • Proof reading
    • Take minutes and notes during meetings for follow-up actions
    • Schedule meetings and follow ups, helping the teams stay on top of their deadlines
    • Source and identify daily news and trends pertinent to your client(s) business.
