Our Gallagher Futures programme provides a 2 year, tailored development plan, with the aim of accelerating your career in the insurance industry. You'll be mentored, have access to superb coaching and work towards achieving a professional qualification.
During the programme you will have the opportunity to be hands on, working closely with your mentor and making a difference early.
As part of our Broking teams, you will be at the heart of our business, meeting clients, building relationships, analysing data and liaising with insurers to get the best possible result for our client.

Your Role:
- Manage client relationships and grow the business. Provide tailored and appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build relationships and work with clients to determine terms and conditions of risks.
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate best possible terms for our corporate client base.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, growing your list of clients.
- Analyse and interpret sales data to utilise patterns and trends.
- Manage your workload and ensure tasks are completed within client timeframes.
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with Grade A to C (4-9) in English and Maths.
- Strong communication skills and the competitive drive to achieve. Determined, keen to make a difference and forge a career whilst improving the service of key clients.
- Strong planning and analytical skills are crucial when engaging with insurers and customers alike.
- Accurate with high attention to detail, thriving on outstanding customer centricity.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Eligible to work in the UK
