Are you looking for an exciting Internship in 2024?
During the Intern programme you will have the opportunity to work closely with your buddy and subject matter experts. Throughout the Internship you will become fully immersed in our business and experience Gallagher Re. In addition, you will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders through the Speaker Series and take on a research project.
Most importantly, you will be set formal learning goals providing you with invaluable feedback that will serve you well as you complete your studies. Ultimately if successful you will have the opportunity to take part in our 8 - week internship which will take place in June-August 2025.
The JumpStart programme is offered in April 2024.
About the role
- Duration: The Interships lasts for 2 weeks.
- Targeted at: The internship is targeted at 1st Year undergraduates or 2nd year if on a 4 year course.
- Paid internship
- Shadowing experience: Due to the shorter duration, this internship will be more of shadowing experience
- Project and presentation: Interns are given a project to work on during the 2 weeks and are required to deliver a presentation at the end, showcasing what they have learned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Students in their 1st year / 2nd year of 4 year course, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University.
Preferred:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
- On track to recieve a First or 2:1 degree.
Behaviors:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong flexibility and adaptability skills.
