Gallagher Re is looking for a Graduate Model Developer to join our REACH Programme in our London office. As a Graduate Model Developer, you will work in a small software development team that supports Gallagher Re’s financial modelling platform.

Your Role:
- Capture requirement details from internal users
- Design and prototype solutions in Excel or R
- Enhance existing and implement new mathematical and statistical algorithms in Java
- Document solutions in online help screens, and provide ad hoc support to users with mathematical questions
Your Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Mathematics/ Natural Sciences/ Computer Science
- Strong numerical, planning and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and the competitive drive to achieve
- Determined and keen to make a difference
- Attention to details
- Proficient in MS office
- Eligible to work in the UK
