We are looking for a Project Support Administrator based in Selby to join the team on our new Infrastructure project in Selby town centre. This is a multi-disciplined role and a great career development opportunity where you will be exposed to various elements of project support in order to assist the project delivery team.

    The role

    The role includes facets of third-party liaison, document control, placing and processing orders for plant and materials and general administrative duties that enables the team to flourish and successful delivery of the scheme

    • Oversee daily office management, maintaining cleanliness, meeting rooms, facilities, and office supplies.
    • Ensure safety regulations are met, including PAT testing, fire drills, and inspections at project offices.
    • Manage visitor access and site entry protocols.
    • Control procurement and stock of stationery, IT, and other office consumables.
    • Support monthly reporting aligned with company and client requirements.
    • Manage project design documentation within Viewpoint (CDE), ensuring organized storage and retrieval.
    • Ensure compliance with company/project information management protocols (IMP, BEP) and support workflow processes like RFIs and Change Control.
    • Maintain registers and audit site records to comply with BMS processes and procedures.
    • Assist with post-project handover documentation and support public liaison activities including community engagement events.
    • Support procurement, project initiatives (e.g., Considerate Constructors Scheme), wellbeing programs, and health surveillance within the project team.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Skilled in coordinating multiple activities, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficient in IT systems with a quick aptitude for learning new software and technology.
