    You will work closely with the PMO Manager and collaborate with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, and stakeholder to provide PMO support and ensure adherence to project management processes, standards, and best practice.

    What you will do

    Some of the tasks involved include:

    • Maintain and organise project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and progress reports. Ensure programme documents align with established standards and best practices
    • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to project and programme performance, prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into programme progress and issues, presenting findings to PMO leadership and stakeholders
    • As the first point of contact for enquiries related to the IT Transformational Programme, provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders
    • Help develop and execute the programme communication plan via various channels ensuring stakeholders are well-informed about project and programme developments
    • Support resource allocation and coordination efforts, including tracking resource availability and utilisation across projects and help maintain resource calendars and schedules
    • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the PMO, identifying opportunities to enhance project management practices and methodologies
    • Assist in identifying, documenting, and monitoring risks and issues across the programme, and contribute to risk mitigation and issue resolution efforts
    • Schedule and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to project and programme management
    • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the programme, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
    • Create/gather onboarding material to ensure the smooth integration of new users into the programme, and conduct onboarding sessions for new users, providing them with the necessary information and resources
    • Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and success stories from within the PMO and programme to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

    What you will bring

    • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills with clear ability to prioritise and organise your workload
    • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team
    • Commitment to driving successful programme outcomes
    • Proficiency in data entry
    • Prior experience in a PMO or project support or administration role, preferably within IT transformational programmes.
    • Awareness of Project Management and proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Knowledge and/or experience of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) would be an advantage
    • Confident user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project)
    • Excellent communication skills, fluent English both written and verbal. German language skills would be an advantage
    • Willingness to travel when required.
