    ChampionX has an immediate need for a Chemist (Summer Intern) located in Aberdeen. This is your opportunity to gain valuable laboratory experience in growing company.

    What You Will Do

    • Implement and follow company safety practices
    • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the laboratory
    • Support laboratory tests to complete project requests
    • Sample preparation
    • Inventory management – ensuring sufficient volumes of materials and consumables
    • Maintain calibration records for equipment

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Higher chemistry

    Physical Demands

    • A mixture of office and laboratory-based work

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Studying Chemistry or a related science degree
    • Good computer skills, must have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Good oral and written communication skills, speak and write English
