We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic engineering student for a year long internship. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the component engineering supply chains. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the electronics engineering lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with various tasks related to component engineering supply chains.
- Analysis Grid Automation (PAC+MD+CIC) products for single source and critical components.
- PLM export of E-BOM according to generic analysis template form.
- Data analysis of component lists.
- Identification of alternative components.
- Identification of lifecycle, EOL, where manufactured.
- Document your work accurately and clearly, following engineering standards.
- Attend departmental meetings and participate in discussions as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in electronics engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electronic components.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in electronics and a desire to learn.
