    Roles and Responsibilities

    We are excited to share that we have an opportunity for Digital Technology (DT) Graduates to join our UK DT team in Cheltenham and Dowty (Gloucester) on a 18 month development programme. By applying for this role, you will also be supported through the Digital and Technology Solutions Specialists (Integrated Degree) Apprenticeship remotely and you will secure an MSc Digital & Technology Solutions.

The apprenticeship funding rules mean that you will need to have 20% of your time "off the job," this is not quite as transactional as one day a week out of the office. Your People Leader & institution will support you to ensure you meet the requirements for this learning.

    During this programme, you'll gain invaluable skills and experience in covering all aspects of DT and will include rotations within Digital Operations, Software Engineering, Infrastructure Operations and Data & Analytics across our UK sites in Gloucestershire working within Global Teams.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Successfully obtained or be on track to complete your Degree in Digital Technology/IT or a related field with a 2.1 or above
    • Completion of a 12 month Placement year at GE is highly advantageous
    • Passionate about Digital Technology
