Job description

Roles and responsibilities
- You’ll break down problems and estimate time for quality related tasks
- Increase task level and takes on multiple projects at one time
- Become skilled with various configuration management, build management and continuous integration tools and methodologies
- Become skilled with SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
- Collaborate with Product Teams to implement end to end Build and Release process for a specific release
Key qualifications & requirements
- You’ll be studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in Power Systems or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Applied knowledge of how to break down problems into smaller segments by documenting & explaining the process
- Understand and apply decomposition (work breakdown structure) of highly exact specifications
- Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Shows understanding of the project's value proposition for the customer. Shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted customer
- Understands how the business solves problems in specific domain areas using the technology (Eg: Healthcare domain - EMR Applications)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with customers with confidence and clarity
- You’ll be able to work independently on projects and have great attention to detail
- You’ll be highly collaborative, team-oriented with a positive, enthusiastic and confident attitude
- Considers different and novel solutions when faced with challenges
- Identify opportunities for innovation and offers new ideas as well as taking the initiative to experiment with new software frameworks
