When you join Gearset you'll have a dedicated mentor to help you through the graduate scheme, making sure you're getting as much out of it as possible, and (perhaps most importantly) making sure you're having a great time. You'll have the opportunity to learn from a passionate, experienced team, as well as working with sales, engineering and product experts—and we'll have the opportunity to learn from you too!
Our grad scheme is a structured training programme which will help to develop your career in Customer Success. We are looking for logical, inquisitive and analytical graduates with no previous experience in software or engineering, but who would be interested in a career in Customer Success, and Software as a Service (SaaS). We’ll teach you skills applicable and transferable within the industry, from the technical use of version control to the way SaaS businesses work with users and clients.
Customer Success is one of the most exciting, and innovative departments in any technology business, and that is no different at Gearset. At its core, it’s about enabling our customers to get the most out of using our products - to help them understand the best way to deploy our tools, to support them in planning their strategy, to assist with queries they have and to troubleshoot any issues as quickly as possible. We get the pleasure of working with the world’s most innovative companies, many of whom are household names.
And what about the team? Whilst we all share a keen interest in technology, have an aptitude for detail, and love talking to customers we’ve all got very different backgrounds: some used to be musicians, some athletes, some archaeologists and some university professors.
