We’re looking for a marketer to focus on accelerating growth in our Enterprise segment.

    What's the opportunity?

    In this new role, you will use your understanding of the Enterprise buyer group to build a strong differentiated market positioning and turn this into a series of effective marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, and the Sales team to grow Gearset’s footprint within our Enterprise segment, using your marketing expertise to build brand awareness and increase demand from the world’s largest organisations. This role will involve identifying new exciting opportunities, creating assets and delivering campaigns, all focused towards building our reputation in the Enterprise space.

    You’re a research driven marketer, who focuses on delivering campaigns that move the needle. You have creative ideas about how to engage senior buyers, and you’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once. You have a predisposition to executing work at pace, and you’re comfortable breaking down large projects into incremental changes.

    As an Enterprise Marketer you will

    • Identify channels and opportunities to get in front of the Enterprise audience
    • Deploy targeted marketing plays to grow awareness within the Enterprise segment and senior personas
    • Research key personas, and use your marketing insight to build a strong understanding of our prospects and their needs
    • Use this understanding to create new content and adapt existing content to appeal to these audiences
    • Work with the broader marketing team, making use of the team’s expertise to create tailored multi-touch campaigns
    • Support the Enterprise sales team with messaging and sales enablement assets

    What were looking for

    • Experience targeting senior personas and/or large enterprise companies
    • Experience delivering multi-touch B2B marketing campaigns
    • Research skills to deliver market intelligence with a clear plan of action
    • Confidence in writing both short and long form content
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively, both within a Marketing team and across the wider organisation

    Salary benefits and hours

    • Salary is £30-£50k depending on experience
    • This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday
    • Flexible working - your time will be split between working from home and the office with ideally 2 or 3 days per week in the office
