    We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Creative to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of game and environment design.

    This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone with basic proficiency in Maya, Photoshop, and Unity to get comprehensive training and support, and exposure to all areas of virtual reality (VR) game design.

    We're creating ground-breaking, immersive learning experiences in VR. 

    A typical day as a Junior Creative might look like

    • Supporting the team in creating and modifying 3D models.
    • Helping to create and edit visual assets using Photoshop, including textures, backgrounds, and simple graphic elements.
    • Assist with asset integration and basic scene setup in Unity, working closely with the development team.
    • Contribute ideas and feedback during brainstorming sessions and team meetings, actively participating in creative discussions and offering fresh perspectives.
    • Engage in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in 3D modeling, graphic design, and game development technologies.

    This is a true entry level role for an all-rounder with good creative skills, technical skills, a passion for virtual reality and most importantly - the right attitude.

    What we need from you 

    • A portfolio of your creative work, including 3D models and/or animation, VR game design etc
    • Basic understanding of Maya, Photoshop, and Unity, with a willingness to learn and develop in these tools.
    • Knowledge of composition, scale and proportion in design.
    • A creative mindset with a keen interest in game and environment design.
    • Strong attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to take feedback well and work collaboratively with a team.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to professional development.

    Nice to have

    • Familiarity with illustration techniques and principles, including composition, perspective, and character design.
    • Understanding of colour theory and its application in visual design, including the ability to create harmonious color schemes and palettes.
    • Interest in architecture and architectural design, with the ability to incorporate architectural elements into digital projects.
    • Experience working with VR (educational experience counts!)
