    What your role is

    Are you  a savvy student considering what a career in a leading FMCG Food Company could look like? Then look no further, our summer internship program could be the springboard to you becoming a future Sales leader in FMCG!

    Are you able to quickly grasp business opportunities and solve problems? Excited by a fast-paced commercial environment? Or simply open to learning more? Then this program at General Mills is for you!

    Our internship program is a combination of a project with real business impact and day-to-day work that will allow you to make an immediate impact on our brands and help build our UK Sales business. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire a broad view of General Mills to understand your career fit.
    • Build sales skills and competencies, including business analysis, strategic thinking and other CV enhancing skills
    • Understand and support on day-to-day functional responsibilities
    • Network and shadow employees in the UK Sales team and other commercial functions 

    What you will bring to the team

    You’ll be a:

    • Higher education student: NVQ, HND or Equivalent
    • OR Undergraduate student in education (1st or 2nd year)
    • First generation in your family to have attended university/higher education
    • Be state educated and/or eligible for free school meals
    • Preference given to those local to the Uxbridge area
