The role
Within your first year as the Talent Acquisition Graduate, rotating through this program, you will split your time between two exciting and challenging roles. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the talent acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process. Within your second year as People & Culture Graduate, you’ll be responsible for all general HR support while supporting the wider P&C team.
This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to the dynamic field of HR within our organisation. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, with a growth mindset and eager to learn.
What you'll do
1st year
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Foster positive candidate experiences by maintaining communication and providing timely feedback.
- Handle various administrative duties related to recruitment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
2nd year
- Facilitating new-hire checks and onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Helping employees throughout their career journey, addressing HR-related inquiries such as annual leave, flexible working applications, maternity and paternity leave, and changes to employment status, including hours, job role, and location.
- Managing training records within the Learning Management System (Workday).
- Assisting in coordinating and executing HR projects and tasks.

Qualifications and knowledge
- Completed a degree with a view of pursuing your CIPD qualification as part of this program.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
Other requirements for this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
