The Role

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to join our Regional Marketing team (Europe) to help support the Regional Design Lead and drive creative solutions across the business.

With a thorough understanding of design principles including typography, layout, visual communication, illustration and digital design the Junior Graphic Designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working and collaborating with other creatives/designers on a range of exciting projects.

Reporting into the The Regional Design Lead (Europe), you will play a pivotal role in developing and evolving Getir’s creative output across 7 European markets, as well as supporting on centralised design, marketing communications & social media projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

The specific details of the junior designer’s role will vary depending on the project, but common activities include:

• Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
• Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
• Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
• Liaising effectively with clients and other team members
• Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

What You’ll Bring

A junior designer needs a wide range of design and creative capabilities. These include:

• Communication skills - This is a big part of the job, the junior designer is expected to be confident in managing relationships across all European teams with the many stakeholders involved in projects
• Adeptness with leading design software packages
• A determination to achieve and succeed
• Some creative industry experience
• The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
• A background of working as part of a design team
• The ability to see projects through from inception to production
• Consistency regardless of project size
• Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
• The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
