Job Description
As a Technical Business Analyst you will have the following key accountabilities:
- Align both solution strategy and high-level design with the Product Manager and Scrum Team
- Analyzing the domain/system and suggesting solution options
- Enable the team to deliver the envisioned solution, e. g. by providing the necessary information to Tech/Delivery Leads and Scrum Team
- For cross-squad or end-to-end topics: Align with (Technical) Business Analysts from other squads on cross cutting concerns and APIs from a (functional) perspective
- Provide Input for Test Automation cases
- Review & Refine Epics/Stories with the Scrum Team and review the outcomes with major stakeholders
- Pro-actively support Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, iteration plannings, reviews and retrospectives
- Takes over envisioned outcomes from Product and support design of solution strategy and a high-level design for achieving those
- Verify and reflect upon the solution roadmap, make sure that roadmap is transparent to all involved team members
