It is rare that two days in the operations team at Gibson Robotics are the same. Working on a wide range of projects taking on different challenges and supporting multiple teams, you will have the opportunity to contribute to every aspect of the company.
Collaborating on solving problems that span across real estate and utilities, human resources, legal, health & safety, networking and maintaining stakeholder relationships, process improvements and creation.

Responsibilities
Typical operations tasks are usually related to:
- Developing and managing supplier relationships & logistics
- Building processes that support our people
- Market research
- Facility & equipment management
- Supporting inter-team communication
- Developing business cases and supporting strategy development
Requirements
- Must be penultimate or final year student or recent university graduate of an any subject
- Be able to travel to our office in Glasgow for the duration of the internship.
- Desire and the ability to learn quickly.
- Initiative, self-discipline, and drive.
- Adaptable.
- Detail orientated and a passion for excellence.
- A love for working as part of a team.
- Ability to continually prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, fast paced environment.
